About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a hands-on and guest-focused Service Manager to oversee FOH operations at a high-volume casual dining restaurant in Wheeling, WV. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and smooth daily restaurant operations in a fast paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all FOH operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest focused service during all shifts
  • Lead, train, and develop servers, hosts, and support staff
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and quickly resolve service issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and shift coverage to ensure optimal floor performance
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of FOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety regulations, and cleanliness protocols
  • Drive service speed, accuracy, and hospitality standards in a high-volume environment
  • Assist with cash handling, closing duties, and daily reporting as needed
