Blair Hill Inn / Slate Restaurant is searching for an experienced fine dining server who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment with an amazing team and beautiful view each night.
In order to succeed as a server, you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent guest services skills.

Job Requirements:
  • fine dining restaurant server experience
  • working knowledge of wine and ability to perform wine service table side
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
