The Club is widely recognized as a premiere facility in Indiana whose tradition of distinguished membership provides exceptional social opportunities, amenities, grounds, and a gathering place year-round for the family.
General Summary
As a Dining Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as soon as they enter the club. You will manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries while maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of service. Your role is crucial in setting the tone for the dining experience, making sure members and guests have a positive and memorable visit.
Primary Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
โ€ข Greet Guests: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
โ€ข Manage Reservations: Handle phone and online reservations, update the reservation system, and manage the seating plan efficiently.
โ€ข Escort Guests: Guide guests to their tables, present menus, and explain any special promotions or daily specials.
โ€ข Answer Inquiries: Respond to guest inquiries about the menu, restaurants, and services, providing accurate and helpful information.
โ€ข Coordinate Seating: Monitor the dining area to ensure tables are turned over efficiently and guests are seated promptly.
