The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Member Dining Manager to join our team in support of our Member Dining department. The Member Dining Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all Member Dining outlets and for ensuring the most efficient use of resources to achieve those goals.

The successful candidate will have/be:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a hotel, restaurant, private club, or high-volume bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage operations, including liquor, beer, wine, inventory management, ordering, cost control, and cocktail development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and developing staff.
  • Proven ability to create, manage, and adjust employee schedules based on business needs.
  • Ability to successfully oversee multiple high-volume food and beverage outlets.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with a member/guest-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and applicable state and local liquor laws.
