Job description

DESCRIPTION
Spring Ford Country Club is seeking Bus persons for our member dining rooms for dinner service from 4:30pm -9:00pm Wednesday through Saturday and 4:00pm-8:00pm on Sunday.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Job Tasks
1Assists servers in their set-up, service and clean-up tasks.
2Serves water as guests are seated.
3Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish-washing area.
4Removes soiled linen and replaces with clean linen.
5Sets tables with silverware, glassware and other items.
6Stocks servers' station with supplies.
7Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each serving period.
8Dusts chairs before and after meals.
9Keeps ice bins and buckets filled.
10Cleans and stores child high chairs and booster seats.
11Collects soiled linen from dining room; transfers to linen pick-up area.
12Folds napkins and bread basket folds.
13Cleans up spills, broken service ware and attends to similar problems during service with minimal disruption .
14Polishes silver service items.
15Moves tables and chairs as needed for the next member and guest diners.
16Re-sets tables at end of shift for the next meal period.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be available weekends and holidays

Spring Ford Country Club was established in 1924 by a small group of Royersford and Spring City community residents. Desiring a local establishment where locals could get outdoor exercise along with a meeting place where they could socialize and enjoy a bite to eat, these residents set their plan in motion. Over the next 89 years the membership of Spring Ford Country Club has built the club into what it is today.
