Job description

Summary:

CHIROBASIX is a marketing agency focused on providing high-quality digital marketing services to Chiropractic offices. We’re currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist / Account Manager who will be responsible for managing the execution of digital marketing services as well as the ongoing relationships with our clients on a day-to-day basis.

Duties:

  • Fully manage the digital marketing efforts for clients to ensure optimal success for all marketing campaigns
  • Manage all client communications via phone, email, and text on a proactive basis (same-day responses to clients)
  • Detailed documentation and follow-through for client requests and support needs
  • Oversee the internal fulfillment team for ongoing digital marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Project management to delegate and facilitate marketing campaign efforts and coordinate efforts across multiple team members.
  • Monthly meetings with clients to review reporting and performance of digital marketing efforts, as well as plan out the next steps for helping them hit their goals.
  • Provide an exceptionally positive working relationship with all clients using great customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full Time Position: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
  • Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 salary + performance based bonuses
