CHIROBASIX is a marketing agency focused on providing high-quality digital marketing services to Chiropractic offices. We’re currently looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who would be responsible for managing the ongoing paid advertising campaigns and organic social calendars for clients.

This role is for someone who has experience with running paid social media campaigns on Facebook/Instagram (and TikTok) utilizing the Meta Business Suite. Your job is to completely manage paid Facebook Ads and TikTok Ads for clients to drive leads.

You will be responsible for the performance of our client’s social media advertising accounts and making sure we deliver high-quality leads on a consistent basis for our clients.

Key Skills:

Facebook & Instagram Ads:

• Campaign creation
• Audience building/custom audiences/lookalike audiences
• Pixel and event tracking
• Conversion optimization & A/B testing
• Deep understanding of the Facebook ads algorithm
• Performance management
• Writing ad copy

CRM Tools:

• Lead tracking & reporting
• Social platform integrations
• Lead follow-up and nurturing automations

Other Skills:

• AI Tools for content creation - ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Simple video editing tools
• Graphic Design - Simple image editing/cropping. Creating basic graphics for ads in tools like Canva.
• Automation Software - Zapier, Make.com
• Project Management Tools - Great documentation skills. Familiarity with tools like: ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Slack, etc.
• Google Suite - Gmail / Google Docs / Google Drive / Google Calendar.
• Google Analytics / Tag Manager - Understanding how to get basic performance metrics from analytics. How to set up and track conversion events.
• Trends - Staying on top of the latest social media trends to help provide direction for image and video creative.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-Time Position: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm EST
• Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 salary
• Location: Remote
• Benefits: 2 weeks of paid vacation
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
