Job Summary:
AA2IT is seeking a Manager for Cloud Infrastructure & Identity Management. This role involves leading Microsoft 365-centric projects to modernize the digital workplace, combining hands-on engineering expertise with project leadership to drive initiatives related to cloud security and collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the architecture, engineering, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
โ€ข Drive global Microsoft 365 projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant outcomes.
โ€ข Own end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery across regions.
โ€ข Lead optimization initiatives across the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite to improve performance, reliability, and user adoption at enterprise scale.
โ€ข Support the integration of third-party applications and automation initiatives within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
โ€ข Contribute to Copilot readiness and adoption initiatives, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and identity governance requirements.
โ€ข Partner with security, infrastructure, and endpoint teams to enable AI-assisted productivity within the Microsoft 365 platform.
โ€ข Support continuous improvement of digital workplace capabilities through automation, standardization, and governance.
โ€ข Lead and support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online services as core collaboration platforms.

โ€ข Implement and maintain security and compliance configurations, including identity governance, data protection, and Zero Trust principles.
โ€ข Collaborate closely with security and endpoint teams on integrated identity and access solutions.
โ€ข Provide Tier 3 engineering support for complex Microsoft 365, identity, and cloud-related incidents.
โ€ข Lead and motivate small, distributed project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.
โ€ข Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to ensure alignment with business and IT objectives.
Qualifications:
Required:
