As a Senior Manager, Manufacturing in Lamโ€™s Digital Transformation Program, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing our organization's digital landscape. As part of the Office of Digital Transformation, you'll play a critical role in creating next-generation business processes and accelerating technology adoption across the company. With your expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans, you'll not only enhance employee and customer experience, but also improve operational efficiency and overall productivity. What youโ€™ll do
  • Process/Solution Architecture: Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes in ETO and CTO environments across Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens OpCenter, SAP ECC & S4, and downstream processes.
  • Solution Design: Lead the implementation of manufacturing solution with complex Variant Configuration (VC) models, Super BOMs, Super Routings, Bill of Process & Equipment, Electronic Work Instructions integrating with CAD, Order BOMs, Non-Standard Requests, Non-Standard Options, Master Production Schedule Management
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Seamlessly integrate manufacuturing process & solution with various workstreams such as PLM, order management, logistics, production planning etc., to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization, providing clarity on best practices and system capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, order management, and manufacturing teams including business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors to translate intricate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous optimization
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver innovative solutions
Who weโ€™re looking for
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management.
  • 8+ years of experience in leading and supporting end-to-end manufacturing processes and solutions in ETO and CTO environments
  • Experience working with Siemens Teamcenter, OpsCenter, SAP ECC & S4 solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an intrinsic drive to resolve complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills, proven ability to collaborate and influence across all organizational levels. A strategic thinker, self-starter with strong ownership and accountability with ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience in high-tech manufacturing or engineering-driven environments
  • Prior consulting experience in large-scale Siemens & SAP implementations or transformations
Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in industrial/manufacaturing engineering or business management

Wafer Fabrication Equipement or Semi conductor industry experience

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00 - $287,000.00.

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
