Job Description
We're looking for an AI Transformation Manager to join Sia's ETI practice and help clients across energy, transportation, and industrial sectors successfully adopt and scale AI across their organizations.
This is a business- and strategy-facing role. You'll work with executives and operational leaders to identify where AI can create value, build the roadmap to get there, and lead clients through the change required to make adoption stick. You are not expected to write production code or build models yourself. Your value is knowing what today's AI tools and platforms can realistically do, translating that into a business case, and leading the organizational change that turns a pilot into an operating reality.
You'll join a growing ETI team, working day to day alongside Applied AI Leads and other Sia consultants who own the technical build, so you can focus on where you add the most value: strategy, stakeholder alignment, and delivery leadership.
What You'll Do
Lead AI Transformation Strategy
  • Partner with executive and operational stakeholders to identify where AI can improve efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and customer outcomes
  • Assess current business processes and operating models to identify high-impact AI use cases
  • Develop AI transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Lead client workshops focused on AI strategy, prioritization, and adoption

Drive Delivery & Change Management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives, partnering with Applied AI Leads and technical teams to translate strategy into execution
  • Manage multiple workstreams while balancing scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
  • Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting to measure business impact and adoption
  • Build trusted relationships with business and technology leaders
  • Drive organizational adoption through communication, training, and change management
  • Present recommendations and progress updates to executive stakeholders
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to ETI practice development

Evaluate & Guide AI Tool Adoption
  • Maintain working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, and automation platforms so you can evaluate options and advise clients, without needing to build or configure them yourself
  • Assess vendor and platform options and recommend practical enterprise applications
  • Support organizations in moving from pilot to production by aligning stakeholders, timelines, and change readiness, working closely with the technical build team

Business Process Improvement
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
  • Lead process redesign initiatives leveraging AI and digital technologies
  • Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and documentation that enable sustainable transformation

Qualifications
Required
  • 6-10+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology consulting, operations, or digital transformation
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation
  • Experience identifying business process improvement opportunities and driving organizational change
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent automation platforms as a practitioner and evaluator (not required to build or code)
  • Experience partnering with both business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements in fast-paced consulting environments
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred
  • Experience serving clients in Energy & Utilities, Transportation & Logistics, Manufacturing, or Industrial Products
  • Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI, as a user and evaluator
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
  • PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or other project management certification
  • Familiarity with data visualization and project tracking tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow

Additional Information
Sia invests in total rewards that support how our people work, live, and grow.
Compensation

    • Manager Level: $140,000 - $160,000
  • Annual Performance Bonus

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, and vision; company-paid life and AD&D; voluntary supplemental insurance and EAP
  • 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting; HSA and FSA options
  • College savings and student loan repayment programs
  • Paid parental leave; generous PTO, nine company holidays, and one floating holiday
  • Cell phone stipend; well-being and professional development programs

Benefits are subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
