Your Role

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Manager who sits at the intersection of hands‑on technical depth and client‑facing leadership. This person will own the technical direction of client engagements, spanning modern infrastructure, cloud, and AI solutions, while also growing accounts, shaping proposals, and turning delivery quality into expanding client relationships.

The ideal candidate has spent the bulk of their career in a consulting or professional services setting, is comfortable moving between the whiteboard and the boardroom, and knows how to lead engineering teams to deliver work that clients trust and come back for.

Responsibilities Technical Leadership
  • Own the technical vision and architecture across client engagements, covering infrastructure, cloud platforms, and AI/data solutions.
  • Guide teams on solution design, technology selection, and delivery best practices, balancing quality, cost, and timeline.
  • Stay current on emerging technology, particularly AI, applied ML, and cloud/infrastructure modernization, and translate it into practical client value.
  • Set and enforce engineering standards, review key technical decisions, and de-risk delivery.
Client Engagement & Account Growth
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders, from working teams up to C‑suite sponsors.
  • Build and expand client engagements, identify opportunities within accounts, scope new work, and drive follow‑on business.
  • Lead the technical side of proposals, SOWs, estimates, and pitches; articulate value clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Own account health: relationship strength, delivery value, commercial health, and strategic alignment.
Delivery Management
  • Lead multi‑disciplinary teams (engineers, architects, analysts) across concurrent engagements.
  • Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resourcing; keep delivery on track and profitable.
  • Anticipate and resolve delivery risks before they impact the client relationship.
  • Establish clear communication rhythms, status reporting, milestone reviews, and escalation paths.
People & Capability
  • Mentor and develop engineers and consultants, raising the technical bar across the team.
  • Contribute to capability‑building: reusable assets, accelerators, delivery playbooks, and internal know‑how.
  • Support hiring and technical assessment as the team scales.
What You Need
  • 7+ years of professional experience, with a strong track record in technology consulting or professional services.
  • Demonstrated depth in infrastructure and cloud (e.g., AWS / Azure / GCP, networking, security, DevOps, systems integration).
  • Working knowledge of AI / ML and data platforms, and the ability to advise clients on where and how to apply them responsibly.
  • Proven experience building and growing client engagements, from initial scoping through delivery and expansion.
  • Strong grasp of the full delivery lifecycle: estimation, planning, execution, budgeting, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; credible with both engineers and executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Good To Have
  • Experience delivering in regulated or public‑sector domains (government, retail, utilities).
  • Familiarity with modern AI‑assisted development and delivery acceleration methods.
  • Exposure to offshore / distributed delivery models.
  • Prior experience owning P&L or account‑level commercials.
