Job description

Berkshire Hathaway Automotive is one of the nation's largest groups of affiliated dealerships, providing many opportunities for our family of employees. We are currently seeking a Paid Media Specialist to collaborate with our industry-leading marketing team in the management of paid digital marketing campaigns for the nationwide group of automotive dealerships.
This position is full time and onsite at our new state-of-the-art Headquarters, located in Cypress Waters in Irving, Texas.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Paid Media Specialist is to drive quality traffic to the dealership websites for the purpose of generating leads by:
  • Managing large budgets for multiple dealerships and different campaign types on multiple platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, YouTube and Others. Directly building effective Meta / Paid Search campaigns in the appropriate channel platform
  • Managing Remarketing/Display campaigns in Google Display Network and Social platforms
  • Continuously strive to improve account performance and advertising efficiency through campaign optimization and A/B testing
  • Conducting, measuring, and implementing the results of A/B tests
  • Keeping up with the latest digital advertising industry developments
  • Proactively consult with dealership representatives to recommend new campaign opportunities, budget changes and to scale existing campaigns to drive traffic growth
  • Preparing and delivering digital marketing performance reviews with dealership stakeholders
  • Performing traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources / mediums
  • Acting as one of our resident digital marketing experts

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent experience accepted
  • Up to 3 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns preferred
  • Working experience directly managing paid advertising via search and social media platforms preferred
  • Experience working with project management platforms similar to Asana and Monday.
  • Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Google Analytics certification required within 30 days; current certifications preferred

Skills/Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of all other Microsoft Office programs
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics platform
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads or other advertising platforms preferred
  • Mathematically inclined
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
