The Marketing Project Management & Ad Traffic Specialist at Dollar Loan Center is responsible for overseeing and executing marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance. This role involves managing advertising traffic, coordinating with various teams, and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize ad traffic across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for future marketing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all advertising activities.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in marketing project management.
QualificationsRequired Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Required Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns and traffic management.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills and Abilities:
