Job description

Position Purpose

The Digital Lead Program Manager is responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional programs that improve how leads are generated, qualified, routed, and converted across the organization's digital ecosystem and third-party partners. This role orchestrates complex, multi-quarter initiatives that require strong collaboration between Digital & Technology, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Operations, and external partners. The position ensures strategic alignment, technical integration, and operational execution across multiple workstreams while delivering executive-ready recommendations and measurable business outcomes. The Digital Lead Program Manager operates as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and plays a critical role in enabling scalable lead generation, data transparency, and improved conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align goals and priorities across organizations with varying structures, processes, and operational models.

  • Define shared objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks across internal teams and external partners.

  • Ensure alignment between business strategy, technical implementation, and operational execution.

  • Lead complex, multi-workstream programs from initial scope definition through delivery and measurable business impact.

  • Maintain integrated program roadmaps, dependency mapping, and risk/issue tracking to ensure transparency and timely resolution.

  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and program milestones to ensure successful execution.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying API integrations between platforms.

  • Facilitate alignment on data structures, service-level agreements (SLAs), error handling protocols, and long-term system maintainability.

  • Support the development of data pipelines that enable accurate reporting and visibility into lead generation, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.

  • Develop executive-level materials that clearly outline business context, options, trade-offs, recommendations, and potential impacts.

  • Facilitate structured decision-making among senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Track commitments, assumptions, and downstream implications of program decisions.

  • Develop adoption strategies across Digital & Technology, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Operations, and partner organizations.

  • Monitor and communicate measurable outcomes including participation, conversion rates, revenue impact, and compliance metrics.

  • Drive improvements in cross-company processes, governance models, and operational workflows.

  • Experience working in organizations with multiple subsidiaries or external partner integrations.

  • Familiarity with sales funnel analytics, conversion metrics, and lead management processes.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Minimum Years of Work Experience

10+ years of experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs.

Certifications

Program management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile-related certifications are preferred but not required.
