The Chick-fil-A Vine City Leadership Develop Program aims to develop leaders for restaurant leadership roles, Chick-fil-A Corporate Opportunities and/or Owner/Operator roles. During the program you will develop mastery of restaurant operations, which will prepare you for future

leadership opportunities. You will start as a Team Member, then progress to a Team Leader and then run shifts at the Shift Supervisor level. Once you are able to successfully run shifts and train and develop others, you will be able to apply for Director levels roles at the restaurant and/or explore Chick-fil-A Corporate opportunities as well as exploring the next steps for the Owner/Operator path. The program will go at whatever pace you want it to, it's up to you!

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • 1-3 years leadership and management experience
  • Restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Chick-fil-A experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
