Position Summary

The Director of Digital Accounts leads RPM Living's Digital Account Management organization, ensuring our teams deliver exceptional client partnership, strategic guidance, and measurable business results. This role oversees the Account Management function by developing leaders, driving operational excellence, and strengthening collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Account Management leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional client service.
  • Establish the vision, consistent operating standards, and strategic direction for the Digital Account Management organization.
  • Build trusted partnerships with Property Marketing, Operations, and Digital Product leaders to ensure alignment between client strategy, marketing execution, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Product leaders to align client needs with service delivery, improve cross-functional communication, and create a seamless partnership between client-facing and execution teams.
  • Champion a One Marketing Services mindset that promotes shared accountability, collaboration, and exceptional service across all digital disciplines.
  • Elevate reporting and executive storytelling in collaboration with the Product & Innovation team to continuously connect marketing performance to measurable business outcomes in a way that clearly communicates the value of Marketing Services.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex client, stakeholder, and cross-functional matters.
  • Continuously improve team performance and operational processes utilizing scalable workflows, performance management, and data-driven decision-making.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience may substitute for education.
  • Seven years of progressive experience in digital marketing, client services, account management, or marketing leadership.
  • Three years of experience leading managers and developing high-performing leadership teams.
  • Knowledge of multifamily operations, property management structures, leasing cycles, and ownership dynamics at an expert level.
  • Knowledge of org design, capacity modeling, and workforce planning for client-facing teams.
  • Skilled in leading and developing people managers and building high-performing teams through coaching and accountability.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategy, client services, marketing analytics, and performance reporting.
  • Skilled in presenting business strategy, marketing performance, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead leaders, develop high-performing teams, and foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous growth.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with strong presentation, facilitation, and executive storytelling skills.
  • Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and develop strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Ability to translate complex marketing strategies and performance into clear business recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications Physical Requirements:
