  • Champion Innovation and Change - Lead training, adoption, and change management efforts for new digital products and solutions.
  • Advocate for Customers - Serve as a trusted voice of the customer, translating feedback into actionable insights that enhance product development and user experience.
  • Optimize Business Performance - Oversee territory planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational compliance to support scalable growth.

Why This Role Matters
This is a unique opportunity to lead at the intersection of healthcare, technology, artificial intelligence, and robotic-assisted surgery. You will help bring transformative digital solutions to surgeons and healthcare systems worldwide, enabling better training, stronger performance, deeper collaboration, and ultimately improved patient outcomes. If you're energized by innovation, leadership, and making a meaningful impact, this role offers the chance to shape the future of surgery.
Qualifications
Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to a major city in the NE/North Central U.S. with access to a major airport, such as NYC, Boston, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Cleveland, or Columbus.

  • Proven success in strategic account management and cross-functional project leadership.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills.
