Role Overview
This role plays a critical leadership role in advancingCocaCola'sdigital transformation by delivering technology, data, automation, andAIenabledcapabilities across the Care and PACS domains. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating enterprise digital priorities into scalable solutions that enhance stakeholder experiences, strengthen operational effectiveness, improve decision quality, and accelerate value realization.

AsCocaColacontinues to embed digital, data, and AI into core business capabilities, this leader will drive the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of digital products and services supporting customer care, consumer engagement, public affairs, communications, sustainability, and reputation management. The role requires strong collaboration across global digital teams, operating units, platform teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will combine business acumen, digital product leadership, data literacy, and change leadership to modernize critical business capabilities and helpestablishdigital and AI as competitive differentiators within the North America Operating Unit.


What You will do for us

  • Lead the digital services strategy and roadmap for Care and Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability capabilities across the North America Operating Unit.

  • Partner with business stakeholders toidentifyopportunities where data, automation, digital platforms, and AI can improve business outcomes, efficiency, responsiveness, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Translate business priorities into product portfolios, digital initiatives, and capability roadmaps aligned to enterprise transformationobjectives.

  • Driveendtoenddelivery of digital products and services, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure,usercentric, and capable of delivering measurable value.

  • ChampionAIenabledinnovation and advanced analytics capabilities that improve decision making, stakeholder insights, communications effectiveness, sustainability reporting, and service performance.

  • Establish performance metrics, value realization frameworks, and outcome measurements to ensure digital investments contribute to growth, productivity, and operational excellence.

  • Collaborate withcrossfunctionaldigital teams, enterprise platforms, data organizations, and external partners to accelerate capability delivery and adoption.

  • Lead prioritization discussions across competing business demands while balancing enterprise standards, local market requirements, risk considerations, and business value.

  • Promote modern product management practices, agile delivery methods, anddatadrivendecision making across supported functions.

  • Ensure digital solutionscomply withgovernance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements while advancing enterprise transformation goals.

  • Drive adoption, stakeholder engagement, and organizational readiness activities that enable successful implementation andsustainedbusiness impact.

  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies, digital trends, and evolving stakeholder expectations relevant to Care and PACS functions.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or a related field;Master'sdegree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience leading digital, technology, product, transformation, or business capability initiatives within complex global organizations.

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with senior business leaders to define and deliver strategic digital roadmaps and business outcomes.

  • Experience managing digital product portfolios, technology programs, or enterprise capability transformations supporting customer, communications, sustainability,orcorporate functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable digital, data, automation, and AI solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of product management, agile delivery methodologies, value realization, and digital operating models.

  • Experienceleveraginganalytics, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks to drive business decisions and continuous improvement.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across highly matrixed organizations without direct authority.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms, data ecosystems, integration principles, and digital governance practices.

  • Experience driving organizational change, user adoption, and capability transformation initiatives atscale.

  • High levelof digital fluency, including practical understanding of artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and executive engagement skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance innovation, business priorities, risk management, and operational execution.
