Job description

Hi, we're TechnologyAdvice.

At TechnologyAdvice, we pride ourselves on helping B2B tech buyers manage the complexity and risk of the buying process. We are a trusted source of information for tech buyers, delivering advice and facilitating connections between our buyers and the world's leading sellers of business technology.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, we are a remote-first company with more than 20 digital publications and over 200 global team members in the US, UK, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines. We're proud to have been repeatedly recognized as one of America's fastest growing private companies by Inc., as well as a Tennessee top workplace. We work hard each day and have fun, too, with monthly virtual events, recreational slack channels, and the occasional costumed dance from our CEO.

All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below.

The opportunity

TechnologyAdvice is on a mission to become the most trusted authority for business and technology decisions. As we continue to make investments in growing our first-party audiences, we are seeking a strategic, performance-driven Product Manager of Digital Products to own and scale a portfolio of revenue-generating digital products across our 30+ owned and operated websites and social channels.

This role will focus on strategies and experiences that drive monetization through affiliate partnerships, PPC programs, and ecommerce-style content offerings. You will operate at the intersection of audience growth, revenue optimization, and technical execution, ensuring our digital products maximize both user value and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of product management experience in performance-based digital businesses such as affiliate networks, PPC marketplaces, ecommerce platforms, or digital publishers.

You are highly analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable optimizing conversion funnels to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Location: United States

What you'll do
  • Own and execute the product roadmap for affiliate, PPC, and ecommerce-style digital experiences across the organization's digital portfolio.
  • Drive revenue growth initiatives that increase revenue per session, partner performance, and conversion rates across monetized products.
  • Identify and prioritize monetization opportunities across existing and emerging product offerings using data, market insights, and performance trends.
  • Partner with Revenue, Partnerships, and Analytics teams to optimize affiliate placements, tracking, reporting, and partner integrations.
  • Improve performance metrics including click-through rates, conversion rates, and downstream partner outcomes through continuous optimization.
  • Lead structured experimentation and CRO initiatives, including A/B testing of landing pages, comparison tools, lead flows, and monetized content formats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, SEO, Editorial, Revenue, and Partnerships teams to align priorities and execute against the product roadmap.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, QA, user acceptance testing, and post-launch performance analysis while communicating tradeoffs, ROI expectations, and results to leadership.
Who you are
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, with direct involvement in affiliate, PPC, ecommerce, or marketplace-style platforms.
  • Experience at a performance-driven digital publisher or commerce media company.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable revenue growth through digital product optimization.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Deep familiarity with web analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, etc.) and performance reporting.
  • Experience working with SEO-driven traffic and monetization strategies preferred.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and accountability.
  • B2B experience is a plus.
What we offer you
  • Career Growth: Advance with mentorship programs, leadership academies, and opportunities to shape company culture and DEI initiatives.
  • Flex Fridays: Adjust your 40-hour week to enjoy a full or half day off on Fridays.
  • Remote-First Culture: Work from the comfort of your home.
  • Flexible PTO: Take the time you need, when you need it.
  • Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision plans for you and your family.
  • Insurance Protection: Life, AD&D, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability coverage.
  • 401K with Match: Secure your future with our company-matched retirement savings.
  • Paid Parental Leave: Support for new parents during life's special moments.
  • Wellness Perks: Access Headspace and enjoy monthly fitness reimbursements.
  • Pet Insurance: Care for your furry family members.
  • Speaker Series Bonus: Present in our monthly speaker series and earn a bonus.
  • Book Reimbursement: Get up to 12 books reimbursed per year to fuel your learning.
  • Bucket List Benefit: Celebrate milestones with annual contributions toward your dream adventures after 3 years.
