You will have access to the latest digital tools and resources that facilitate effective remote therapy, including secure video conferencing systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms to document and track client progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, including detailed clinical interviews and standardized screening tools, to identify concerns and formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, tailored specifically to each client's unique situation.
• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a responsive approach to adapt to clients' changing needs and ensure they receive tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention, supporting clients during acute mental health episodes and coordinating emergency referrals as necessary.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously, adhering to ethical and legal standards of client confidentiality and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to build comprehensive care plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and available community resources, while actively advocating for clients’ rights.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions, ensuring that you remain updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, with credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, demonstrating your expertise in providing mental health services.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, equipping you with the knowledge base required for effective therapeutic practice.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning that ensure comprehensive client care.
