Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clientsโ€™ mental health needs, including detailed clinical interviews and standardized screening tools, to identify concerns and formulate accurate diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, tailored specifically to each client's unique situation.
