About the Organization

Life Bridge Humanistic Psychology Clinic is a pioneering virtual therapy company based in North America. Our mission is to empower individuals by facilitating extraordinary mental health outcomes through advanced therapeutic techniques. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients, tailoring your therapeutic approach based on individual assessments and treatment goals.
  • Conduct in-depth patient evaluations through comprehensive interviews, case histories, and observation to develop effective treatment and discharge plans.
  • Analyze gathered data to identify underlying issues and recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions or referrals to other specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, ensuring submission within a 24-hour timeframe to uphold the standards of care.
  • Participate in required training sessions, enhancing skills and knowledge to stay updated with best practices in clinical social work.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily support clients experiencing end-of-life transitions and related stressors at our partnered hospice center. Your role looks beyond traditional therapy to incorporate support for clients exploring transformative experiences, including those involving psychedelics for mental health purposes. We are dedicated to meeting clients where they are, providing empathetic care that respects their individual life experiences and decisions.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work along with LCSW designation or its equivalent in a directly-related field.
  • Strong capability to be credentialed on various insurance panels to facilitate coverage for clients.
  • Possession of malpractice insurance to ensure protection and compliance.
  • Availability to manage a caseload of at least 10 clients per week, participating in effective therapeutic sessions.
  • Proficiency in using digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to securely document and track patient interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience applying diverse mental health counseling techniques within a clinical or hospice environment.
  • Familiarity with holistic and alternative practices in mental health, such as breathwork, meditation, and trauma-informed methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate legal and ethical complexities related to patient care and rights.
  • A strong belief in integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness into therapeutic practices as appropriate.
Compensation and Benefits
  • The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, with compensation tailored to individual experience, education, and geographic location.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan, alongside generous paid time off to promote work-life balance.
