• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional well-being, ensuring that treatment plans are personalized and effective.
• Provide individual therapy sessions for clients across various age groups, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate couples therapy to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance the emotional connection between partners.
• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating their feedback and addressing their unique needs.
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on clients' progress, celebrating their achievements and making necessary adaptations as challenges arise.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, clinical notes, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients when necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring a safe and supportive environment during emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with therapeutic techniques, research, and best practices in marriage and family therapy.
• Maintain a secure and confidential virtual therapy environment, upholding ethical standards while advocating for clients' rights.
• Encourage clients to engage in self-care practices and wellness activities that promote emotional resilience and overall health.
• Actively represent the values and mission of the counseling clinic in all professional interactions.

In your role as a Marriage and Family Therapist, you will serve diverse individuals, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples, each facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your focus will be on delivering culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy that resonates with clients of all backgrounds. • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy, couples therapy, and working with diverse populations.
• Exceptional skills in timely and accurate completion of client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly regarded, as this role involves delivering therapy services through secure digital platforms.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies relevant to marriage and family therapy.
• Ability to integrate feedback from clients and clinical supervision into therapeutic practices for continuous improvement.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
