• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional wellness by utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Formulate tailored treatment plans that address identified needs and collaborate with clients to set achievable goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, providing targeted interventions for a broad range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.
• Deliver effective couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthy relationship dynamics.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as required to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain meticulous client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that meets the diverse needs of clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support, equipping clients with coping strategies during acute distress or emergency situations.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in marriage and family therapy practices, incorporating new insights into your therapeutic approach.
• Participate in continuous professional development and maintain a commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.

In this role, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds, couples of diverse orientations, and families facing relational challenges. Your expertise will serve clients of all ages, with a focus on providing supportive, individualized, and culturally competent care. You will also advocate for clients' rights and empower them to take an active role in their mental health journey.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline.
• Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado.
• Proven experience in providing therapy for individuals and couples, demonstrating proficiency in addressing various mental health concerns.
• Strong skills in timely documentation, including the creation of treatment plans and clinical notes.

• Experience working with children and adolescents, along with knowledge of family dynamics and relational patterns.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to deliver therapy via secure virtual means.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing training and professional development in the field of marriage and family therapy.

We offer competitive pay with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
