This role is designed to manage one or more brands/sub-brands in the Mark Anthony portfolio for the US Business. The Brand Manager will be responsible for activating the marketing strategy, deployment, commercial management of brands in the US.
Accountabilities:
  • Activate Local Category & Brand Growth Plan
  • Build Commercial Activity Plan and activation calendar
  • Manage the innovation implementation and volume planning
  • Build SKU assortment review & pricing strategy
  • Manage the budget, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets as applicable

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
  • ROI on Brand Plans
  • Brand Growth & Health
  • Volume & Sales
  • Innovation Metrics (i.e., Portfolio Management, Volume Projection, & SKU Optimization)

Own:
  • Activation of local brand growth plan and strategic commercial delivery

Influence:
  • Innovation, Brand strategy, planning & asset delivery

Veto:
  • US cross-functional brand commercialization outputs (i.e., shopper experiential, social, etc.)

Qualifications, Education, & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree & 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG
    Experience working on a fast-moving, explosive growth brand

  • Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
