Job description

Dal-Tile is looking for a motivated analytical professional to join the team to drive digital reporting and insights. The Marketing Reporting Analyst will collaborate with other marketing team members to understand digital goals in-order to provide insights for business decision making.

Candidate should be passionate about the analytical reporting space and stay abreast of digital development. They should also have a strong understanding of digital domains and features and be able to set up reporting to track digital, website, page and offer performance

  • Please note that we will NOT provide relocation assistance (Candidates are expected to relocate on own 3 weeks from time of offer acceptance).
  • Employees are required to report in office 4 days a week / 7834 CF Hawn Freeway | Dallas, Texas 75217 (NO NEGOTIATION).
  • This is a direct hire role; We are NOT open to employing through contractor or agency.

Major Function and Scope:

  • The Digital Data Analyst will manage tagging strategy and implementation across the web and will manage analytics and reporting for digital marketing goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and provide data driven insights to better understand performance and inform strategies across digital marketing channels.
  • Manage analytics by tracking, measuring, analyzing, and reporting insights into our digital marketing programs.
  • Work with analytics platforms to build dashboards, explore data sets and make recommendations based on digital marketing performance.
  • Proactively identify and surface data and customer insights and provide actionable recommendations based on learnings.
  • Support regular and ad-hoc reporting for campaigns, channel, website, and conversion funnel performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Data analysis of various web projects and ad-hoc request.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, statistics, or other quantitative discipline.
  • 3 to 4 years of managing analytics for websites and experience analyzing campaigns, including programmatic, social media and email marketing, etc.
  • Prior experience with Google Tag Manager or similar required.
  • Hands on experience creating dashboards from web analytics tools or other analytics platforms.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Digital Media Platform Analytics (Google Ads, Facebook, DSPs).
  • Data Visualization Solutions, such as Google Data Studio, Domo, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • The ability to discover, analyze and clearly communicate data insights for action.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Forward-thinking, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
