This position is full-time and primarily remote, with a minimum of 30% travel to our Corporate Headquarters in the Fulton Market area of Chicago, IL. as well as other business initiatives.

Position Summary

Playing a pivotal role in the strategy, execution, and performance of a modern, revenue-driven digital ecosystem, the Director of Digital shapes how our brand is discovered, experienced, and converted across all B2B and B2C touchpoints. This leader is responsible for accelerating visibility, generating qualified demand, strengthening audience connection, and driving measurable revenue growth. A progressive approach to digital marketing will be driven through social relevance, compelling content, performance media, conversion strategy, lifecycle engagement, AI-enabled efficiency, and data-driven decision making. Digital Growth Strategy & Brand Presence

· Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, relevance, and engagement across key channels.

· Shape how brand is discovered, experienced, and chosen through modern storytelling, omnichannel strategy, and audience-first experiences aligned to business priorities.

· Ensure all digital initiatives reflect brand standards, commercial objectives, and regulatory guidelines.

Social Media, Content & Cultural Relevance

· Lead social media strategy and content ecosystems that build community, increase reach, and keep brand connected to culture, trends, and conversation.

· Build engaged digital communities that create advocacy, loyalty, and recurring brand interaction, not just passive followers or impressions.

· Understand the difference between publishing content and creating participation by developing programs that spark conversation, UGC, trust, and sustained momentum.

· Oversee creation and optimization of high-performing content across owned, earned, paid, and emerging channels.

· Guide influencer, creator, ambassador, and community-building programs that expand awareness and trust.

Demand Generation & Revenue Performance

· Drive full-funnel demand generation across paid media, search, social, retargeting, email, SMS, and nurture journeys to generate qualified pipeline and revenue growth.

· Optimize audience targeting, media efficiency, landing pages, and conversion strategy to maximize return on investment.

· Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns with commercial priorities, lead quality, and conversion goals.


Search, Discoverability & Modern Acquisition

· Lead SEO, GEO, and LLM discoverability initiatives to improve visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging discovery platforms.

· Strengthen content architecture, authority signals, and organic acquisition performance.

· Evaluate new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities ahead of market shifts.


Customer Journey & Lifecycle Marketing

· Build lifecycle strategies that improve lead nurture, customer engagement, retention, reactivation, and advocacy.

· Develop segmented journeys and automated programs that deliver timely, personalized communication across touchpoints.

· Partner cross-functionally to improve handoff from lead to customer and long-term value creation.


Digital Experience & Optimization

· Oversee website/microsite/landing page strategy, UX/UI, conversion rate optimization, and digital journeys to improve engagement and lead capture.

· Lead A/B testing, personalization, and continuous optimization across digital touchpoints.

Data, Automation & Intelligence

· Build dashboards measuring KPIs, attribution, pipeline impact, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and campaign effectiveness.

· Champion CRM strategy, AI-enabled tools, and actionable insights that improve speed, efficiency, and personalization.

· Translate performance data into recommendations that guide future strategy and investment.

Skills Required

• Industry experience within aesthetics, medical devices, beauty, preferred.

• Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, practitioners, media, and partners.

• Proficiency with CRM, digital marketing, paid media, project management, and analytics platforms.

• Understanding of social media, content strategy, influencer marketing, and community engagement.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

• Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in digital marketing, demand generation, brand marketing, or related functions.

• Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns, lead generation programs, social media, email/SMS, or website initiatives.

• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics tools, and cross-functional commercial support.


Supervisory Responsibility

This position will have 1-2 direct reports across digital, marketing, and related functions, while leading multiple strategic initiatives and supporting cross-functional team development.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
