CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Director, Digital Program Management to join our Digital Solutions Team in Albany, NY; Boston, MA; Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; or remotely. In this strategic leadership role, you'll partner with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver high-impact initiatives that enhance operational performance, advance digital capabilities, and support the growth of digitally enabled client solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to shape CHA's digital transformation journey while helping drive innovation, organizational performance, and long-term business growth.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead a portfolio of cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes
  • Develop program strategies, business cases, governance structures, success metrics, and executive communications to support successful execution
  • Partner with business and executive leaders as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to improve performance, productivity, client outcomes, and growth while translating complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps and high-value solutions
  • Collaborate across business, operational, & technical teams to develop and scale digitally enabled solutions that leverage data, analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies to deliver differentiated value and measurable business outcomes
  • Lead organizational change efforts, stakeholder engagement strategies, communications, and adoption programs that maximize realization of expected benefits
  • Establish and track key performance indicators, measure business impact, and provide executive-level reporting and recommendations
  • Evaluate market opportunities and growth strategies that support the expansion of digital services and revenue-generating solutions
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience leading complex business, operational, digital, or strategic initiatives required
  • Demonstrated success in program management, project management, or business leadership roles
  • Experience partnering directly with executive and senior leadership teams to drive strategic outcomes and lead organizational change and adoption initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence and lead across organizational boundaries
  • Strong business, financial, and commercial acumen with experience developing business cases, financial analyses, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • AEC, infrastructure, or professional services industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with analytics, automation, AI, enterprise systems, or digital business solutions preferred

Salary Range:

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
