Position Summary...Sam’s Club is seeking a dynamic and innovative Director to lead the evolution of our owned media ecosystem. This leader will drive strategy, execution, and optimization across channels including Email, Push, SMS, Message Center, In-Club Digital Signage, Direct Mail, Radio, and Gas Screens—ensuring these channels deliver personalized, connected, and measurable member experiences at scale. 
The ideal candidate will bring deep retail marketing expertise, advanced knowledge of martech platforms, and a proven track record of leveraging data science, analytics, and technology partnerships to enhance the member journey.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
