Job description

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for coordinating and executing digital marketing and business relations functions and promoting Universal 1's brand, products, and services. Ensures that marketing projects are well coordinated and complement the strategic objectives of the Credit Union. Develop campaigns and content using data to ensure efficient and effective digital marketing operations. Research marketing needs and analyzes marketing trends for the Credit Union.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Possession of a valid driver's license

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of three years of demonstrable experience in marketing or digital marketing roles, preferably in a financial environment
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Web/Mobile/Social Media Content Creation and Management

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong written communication skills
