General Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the execution and operational management of digital & paid marketing initiatives across Main Lids and the broader Lids eCommerce portfolio, including Ebbets Field Flannels, Lids HD, Custom Lids (US & CA), and Buckeye Corner.
This role operates within a large, fast-paced organization and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple brands, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. The coordinator sits within the Digital Marketing team and partners closely with GTM, Creative, Analytics, internal channel teams, and agency partners to support campaign flighting, asset management, workflow tracking, and performance reporting.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Asset Management
  • Support paid media campaign flighting and execution across Main Lids and eCommerce brands.
  • Coordinate asset timelines, approvals, and delivery with Creative, GTM, and agency partners.
  • Maintain campaign, asset, and promotional calendars.

Cross-Functional & GTM Support
  • Support alignment with the GTM team on launches and promotions.
  • Communicate updates across a large, matrixed organization.

Project & Workflow Management
  • Manage tasks and timelines in ClickUp.
  • Maintain consistent processes and documentation.

Reporting & Planning Support
  • Assist with campaign and performance recap reporting.
  • Support channel planning documentation and KPI tracking.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years in digital marketing or coordinator role.
  • Understanding of digital KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC).
  • Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with eCommerce or retail brands.
  • Basic copywriting skills.
