Position Overview

  • Junior-level Digital Production Designer supporting a growing digital experience team.
  • Focus on executing high-volume production work rather than leading creative strategy.
  • Will support initiatives including Sitecore XM Cloud, Digital Asset Management (DAM), personalization, and ongoing digital marketing projects.
  • Hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in the Tampa Bay area.
Responsibilities
  • Create and update digital assets and production-ready creative.
  • Build, organize, and maintain design files in Figma.
  • Support front-end design production for Sitecore and XM Cloud initiatives.
  • Route creative through compliance and internal approval workflows.
  • Produce consistent, scalable digital assets while following established design systems.
  • Collaborate with UX, developers, content teams, and marketing stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • 1–5 years of digital production or graphic design experience (3–5 years preferred but flexible).
  • Strong proficiency with Figma.
  • Experience preparing production-ready digital assets.
  • Portfolio demonstrating clean, organized, production-focused work.
