Digital Printer Operator We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Digital Printer Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. What You'll Do Run the Show: Set up, operate, and monitor digital printing presses and finishing equipment.

Master the Details: Review job specs, manage substrates and inks, and ensure every print matches production requirements perfectly. Quality & Precision: Perform color matching, conduct thorough quality inspections, and adjust settings for flawless output. Maintain & Troubleshoot: Keep things running smoothly by performing routine equipment maintenance and tackling minor mechanical troubleshooting.

Collaborate: Partner with production, quality, and maintenance teams to streamline workflows, meet deadlines, and reduce waste. What You Bring Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: Background with digital printing equipment, color management, or print quality standards is highly preferred (manufacturing/packaging experience is a huge plus).

Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities and a sharp eye for detail. Mindset: A reliable team player who can also work independently to meet tight production schedules. Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to manage job tickets and collaborate effectively.

Compensation Pay Range: $17.87 - $23.00 / hour (Depending on Experience) Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience operating digital printing equipment preferred. Knowledge of digital printing processes, color management, and print quality standards
