Status/Hours: Full-Time, 40 hrs per week

POSITION SUMMARY

The Digital Campaign Manager position oversees and implements digital marketing efforts for the college by performing a variety of integrated digital inbound and outbound marketing to increase the college's visibility through the development and distribution of information and materials.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Execute marketing and recruitment campaign strategies including website, digital & PPC marketing, adwords, paid media, SEO, etc. for target audiences based on standard market research data results.
  2. Assist the Director of Marketing and Communications with outlining yearly digital marketing strategy for the Office of Admissions, The Graduate School of Education, and the Development Department, as needed.
  3. Oversee communications operations (email scheduling, recipient lists, reports, drip campaigns) via Slate CRM.
  4. Manage and maintain website SEO.
  5. Supervise the Digital Campaign Coordinator including training, development, performance, and delegation of tasks.
  6. Provide optimization recommendations and analytic insights on digital marketing campaigns.
  7. Coordinate with Web and Analytics Developer to ensure our analytics and tracking of all marketing campaigns and SEO efforts are in place, create dashboards to review results.
  8. Coordinate with the creative and media teams on campaign assets, ensure timely delivery for launching campaigns.
  9. Serve as an assistant liaison with 3rd party vendors, assisting the Director of Marketing & Communications.
  10. Provide outstanding customer service to the College and its departments and professionally represent College in all business interactions and settings.
  11. Provide support on and/or lead other projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing & Communications, and participate in committees and other forums that address the role of marketing at the College.
  12. Other duties may be assigned as needs arise.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors or Associates degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing or working in related fields.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, MNTN, Spotify, and other self-serve ad platforms.
  • Extensive experience working in a CRM and familiarity with Google Analytics is required.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Slate CRM
  • Familiarity with Google Suite products
  • Experience using project management software such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday, etc.
  • Prior work with a liberal arts college/university
  • Familiarity with nontraditional digital communications such as video , podcasts, and photographs.
  • Experience managing direct reports.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • An acceptance of and commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
  • An understanding of the mission and purpose of Covenant College.
  • Must be able to assent to Covenant College's Staff Commitments.

PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This role is expected to be performed on campus unless otherwise directed or arranged for and operates primarily in a professional office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and other job-related technology.
  • Remain in a stationary position at least 90% of the workday.
  • Lifting: occasionally; classified as light, lifting or lowering an object from one level to another (includes upward pulling) up to 10 lbs.
  • Expressing or exchanging ideas and conversation by means of the spoken word; needs to be fluent and conversant using the English language.
  • Generally, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
  • Travel may be required occasionally, primarily for training or professional advancement.
