You will learn to create and optimize digital content, manage brand identities across communication channels, and leverage data to drive campaign results. You’ll leave with a competitive edge, a professional portfolio, and real-world agency experience that opens doors.

Previous Blayzer interns have launched careers at Anheuser-Busch, BJC, Nine Network, and other top-tier agencies. This is an ideal springboard for business, marketing, and communications students or anyone ready to pivot into a digital marketing career.

Qualifications — What We're Looking For
  • Passion for Digital: A genuine interest in the evolving marketing landscape
  • Core Skills: Grounded in copywriting, graphic design, content development, or data analysis
  • Initiative: Reliable, self-motivated and eager to learn

Responsibilities — What You'll Learn & Do
  • Content Development: Plan, create, and optimize content for a wide range of clients and marketing projects.
  • Social Media Management: Post, share, optimize, and engage communities on professional social media platforms.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research and competitive audits for new clients, marketing strategies, and campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on performance data to track campaign ROI.
  • Web & SEO Strategy: Support site performance through SEO best practices and conversion-focused content direction.
Commitment, Credit & Career Growth — How It Works
  • 12 weeks @ 20 hours per week = 240 total hours (or as required by your for-credit internship program)
  • Location: In-office at 1901 Locust St., St. Louis, MO 63103
  • Compensation: This is a Volunteer Professional Experience designed for portfolio building and skill acquisition.
  • University credit: Available where applicable. Previous Blayzer interns have earned credit through Saint Louis University (SLU), Webster University, UMSL, Mizzou, Fontbonne University, and Lindenwood University.
