Job description

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) โ€“ Calm, Private Practice

First Impression Dental โ€“ Arlington, MA (Mass Ave)

About Us: If you are looking to step away from the fast-paced corporate dental environment and find a more sustainable way to practice, we built our office to be different. We believe that clinical excellence requires time, and that a great career shouldnโ€™t come at the cost of your peace of mind.

We are a modern, fully digital, one-doctor private office. We focus entirely on relationship-based care, meaning we treat our patients like family and our team with genuine respect. If youโ€™re looking for a calm, stable environment where your time and experience are truly valued, weโ€™d love to have you.

Why youโ€™ll love your days here:

  • True 1-hour appointments: We never double-book you. You actually have time to do your best work and connect with patients.
  • A manageable pace: We care about quality, not speed. The schedule is lower-volume and low-stress.
  • Modern tools that work: Digital X-rays, CBCT, intraoral scanners, and paperless charting so your workflow is smooth.
  • A clean, comfortable space: A beautiful, renovated office with top-tier air purification.
  • Respect for your personal life: No evening or weekend hours. When youโ€™re off the clock, your time is entirely yours.
  • No parking stress: You get your own free, dedicated staff parking spot.

The Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off, vacation, and paid holidays
  • Free parking
Compensation:

$50 - $65 hourly

Responsibilities:

What youโ€™ll be doing:

Just what you do bestโ€”providing great preventive care (prophys, perio maintenance, sealants), taking digital X-rays, keeping clean charts, and helping our patients understand their oral health. Youโ€™ll partner closely with the doctor to look after patients for the long haul.

Qualifications:

Who weโ€™re looking for:

You need a valid Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License and strong clinical skills, but just as importantly, we want someone with a gentle chairside manner and a mature, down-to-earth attitude. We have a peaceful team and want to keep it that way. Experience is great, but finding the right human fit for our office culture matters most.

To Apply: Skip the formal cover letter. Just send over your resume and a quick note introducing yourself. Tell us what youโ€™re looking for in a workplaceโ€”weโ€™d love to chat.

About Company

Our Philosophy

We believe dentistry should be calm, respectful, and relationship-driven โ€” for both patients and the clinical team. If youโ€™re looking for a practice where your time, skills, and professionalism are truly valued, weโ€™d love to meet you.
