Overview

Job Purpose

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is a global leader in data, technology, and market infrastructure. Our marketing team drives awareness and demand generation across Fixed Income and Data Services, Exchanges, and Mortgage Technology. The Manager, Digital Media Strategy sits at the intersection of paid media strategy and campaign operations, owning the strategy, recommendations, planning, execution, and performance of digital media programs that support pipeline growth and brand visibility across business lines. The right candidate brings creative, strategic thinking and operational rigor to a lean, high-performing team where ownership matters. If you are a digital media professional who thrives on translating data into decisions and managing campaigns end to end, this role is for you. This position can be based in New York, NY, Atlanta, GA, or Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Reddit), and a high volume of display, text, video and programmatic channels.
  • Manage campaign operations including trafficking, tagging, budget pacing, optimization and performance tracking and communication to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for media vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and contribute to monthly and quarterly performance reporting.
  • Manage relationships with a high volume of media vendors simultaneously, ensuring tactical execution consistently aligns with business priorities, stakeholder goals, and campaign KPIs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear timelines, structured communication, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proactively research and recommend new tactics, channels, tools and media opportunities to drive impact and keep programs ahead of market trends.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media strategy and execution, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience proactively managing paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in campaign management platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and campaign operations fundamentals including lead capture and CRM workflows.
  • Experience with budget management and media performance reporting and optimization.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build processes, reporting frameworks, and dashboards from the ground up with minimal direction.
  • B2B experience in financial services, data, or technology industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, time management, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a process-oriented mindset and the ability to operate independently on a lean team.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and project management platforms such as monday.com or similar preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift and the ability to adapt quickly is essential.

New York Base Salary Range 

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $120,000 - 140,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
