Digital Marketing Manager Job Overviewย 

The Digital Marketing Manager will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for driving digital marketing performance and advancing theย full-cycleย retail experience across Faulkner Automotive Group. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution and partner management, ensuring that marketing efforts translate into measurable business outcomes.ย 

This individual will lead initiatives that enhance digital retailing capabilities, improve website conversion performance, andย optimizeย the customer journey from online engagement through dealership interaction. The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal teams, dealership leadership, and external advertising partners to align marketing strategy with goals and evolvingย digitalย consumer experiences.ย 

Digital Marketing Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across paid media, third-party platforms, and OEM programs.ย 

- Oversee and manage external advertising partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with performance goals and accountability for results.ย 

- Drive continuous improvement in website performance, including user experience, lead generation, and conversion optimization across SRPs, VDPs, and landing pages.ย 

- Play a leadership role in advancing digital retailing initiatives, supporting a seamless online-to-offline purchase experience.ย 

- Analyze marketing performance data and provide strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, and ROI.ย
