Join Siemens Healthineers as the Head of Global Product Marketing & Communications for our Molecular Imaging business and lead the worldwide strategy behind one of healthcare's most innovative imaging portfolios.

In this executive leadership role, you will define and execute the global marketing vision for our PET and SPECT portfolios, driving product positioning, commercialization, communications, and launch excellence. You will lead a high-performing international marketing organization while partnering closely with Product Management, R&D, Clinical Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to accelerate market growth, strengthen customer engagement, and expand Siemens Healthineers' leadership position in molecular imaging.

You are responsible for:

As the Head of Global Product Marketing & Communications, you will:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Defining and executing the global marketing strategy for the Molecular Imaging portfolio, including PET/CT, SPECT/CT, and SPECT solutions.

  • Establishing worldwide product positioning, value propositions, pricing strategy, branding, and commercialization plans that strengthen Siemens Healthineers' competitive position.

  • Developing global go-to-market strategies for new product introductions while ensuring successful launches across international markets.

  • Building long-term strategies to increase market share, accelerate business growth, and expand customer adoption.

Product Marketing & Commercialization:

  • Owning global marketing plans and aligning communications with key business KPIs including revenue growth, market share, customer retention, and product adoption.

  • Leading competitive intelligence efforts by monitoring market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

  • Developing differentiated messaging, customer value propositions, sales enablement tools, digital campaigns, congress strategies, and promotional content.

  • Ensuring marketing initiatives effectively communicate the clinical and economic value of Siemens Healthineers Molecular Imaging solutions.

Product & Innovation Leadership:

  • Partnering closely with Product Management, Research & Development, Clinical Marketing, Manufacturing, and Scientific Leadership to influence future product strategy and roadmaps.

  • Translating customer, clinical, and market insights into future product concepts and commercialization opportunities.

  • Serving as a strategic advisor during the development and launch of next-generation PET and SPECT imaging technologies.

Executive Leadership

  • Leading, developing, and inspiring a global team of product marketing and communications professionals.

  • Managing departmental resources and budgets to maximize marketing effectiveness and business impact.

  • Driving a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and employee development.

  • Coaching leaders and team members while fostering an environment that encourages creativity, ownership, and growth.

Cross-Functional & External Collaboration

  • Serving as a key member of the Molecular Imaging Leadership Team, helping shape strategic business priorities.

  • Partnering with regional sales and marketing organizations to understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.

  • Collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, customers, and external partners to strengthen market positioning and guide future innovation.

  • Representing Molecular Imaging within Siemens Healthineers' global Marketing & Communications organization while contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or commercial leadership within healthcare or medical technology.

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing global teams.

  • Demonstrated success launching complex medical technology products into international markets.

  • Experience developing global go-to-market strategies and commercial marketing plans.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare commercialization, branding, product positioning, and market development.

  • Experience partnering with customers, clinicians, and executive stakeholders to translate market needs into successful business strategies.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives while delivering measurable business results.

  • Experience working across global markets with an understanding of regional commercial dynamics and regulatory environments.

Preferred Experience

  • Medical imaging, molecular imaging, radiology, oncology, nuclear medicine, or diagnostic imaging experience.

  • Experience supporting PET, SPECT, CT, or advanced diagnostic imaging technologies.

  • Knowledge of healthcare commercialization, clinical workflows, and hospital purchasing environments.

  • Experience collaborating with clinical experts, scientific leaders, and global commercial organizations.

The base pay range for this position is:

$212,730 - $292,501

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
