Responsibilities:
  • - Support the planning, execution, and management of general marketing and communications projects from start to finish.
  • Setting up and managing customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Explore AI tools to assist our sales force with sales enablement and help speed marketing deliverables to support sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage digital campaigns including email contact strategy, small digital ad campaigns including geofencing around trade shows, paid social media campaigns, and other paid media campaigns.
  • Design and schedule emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to maintain communication with our growing customer base.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across our digital media channels, such as social and programmatic ad platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and strategy.
  • Contribute to the creation and optimization of digital content for various platforms, including our website, email campaigns, and YouTube channel.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to established branding guidelines, maintaining a high standard of quality and a consistent creative feel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and senior leadership, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and report on key metrics.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a digital marketing role. (Exceptional candidates with a strong track record of relevant internships during college will also be considered).
  • Demonstrable understanding of core marketing principles and digital marketing channels with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy.
  • A strong creative eye, with an understanding of branding and visual communication principles.
  • A self-starter attitude with a genuine hunger to learn, adapt, and grow across multiple marketing disciplines.
  • Occasional travel may be required. Up to 10% travel. Preferred:
  • Working knowledge of digital Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Previous digital marketing experience including email, digital ads, and paid social media campaigns is a strong plus.
  • Basic knowledge and experience programming AI agents in Copilot Studio is a plus. For non-experts, a willingness to learn and master this is key to succeeding in this role.
  • Previous experience coordinating with external creative and production agencies, including the writing & management of creative briefs.
  • Strong business acumen and the confidence to comfortably and professionally interact with senior leaders daily.
  • Professional experience in manufacturing or supporting a B2B sales force.
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
