Job description

The Marketing Coordinator role plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital marketing, graphic design and traditional marketing. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can coordinate projects, assist with content creation, manage vendor relationships, and help ensure timely execution of marketing programs that promote Comfort.


Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in marketing, home services experience a plus

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field

• Display a high level of professionalism

• Knowledge of working with a CRM a plus

• Strong written, verbal communication and digital communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations during on premise and off premise events

• Project management experience and time-management skills a must for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects

• Familiarity with various marketing platforms and channels, including social media, print campaigns, traditional media, digital marketing and email promotions

• Experience in graphic design using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Experience working with traditional media vendors

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing metrics effectively

• High degree of creativity and innovation to develop unique, effective marketing messaging that stays on brand

• Experience with computer software programs used for keyword research, graphic design, photo/video editing, database management and content creation
