Overview
Payroc is seeking a detail-oriented Web & Digital Content Specialist (Graphic Designer) to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of Dynamics Payments' websites and other digital properties. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure our web presence stays accurate, current, and aligned with brand and messaging standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Website & CMS Management: Independently manage, update, and troubleshoot website content and layout using HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms, including page creation, modules, templates, and forms.
  • Landing Page Development: Build and optimize landing pages to support campaigns, ensuring strong structure, clear CTAs, and alignment with lead generation goals.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyze and improve website performance, including CTAs, forms, user journeys, and overall digital experience to drive higher conversion rates.
  • Digital Tracking & Analytics: Implement and validate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM parameters; ensure campaigns and website actions are being measured accurately.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Apply advanced on-page SEO practices, including metadata, page structure, internal linking, and image optimization, while identifying opportunities to improve organic search performance.
  • Digital Quality Assurance: Proactively identify and resolve broken links, outdated content, formatting inconsistencies, and mobile/responsive issues before pages go live.
  • Design Support for Digital Execution: Create and adapt web graphics, banners, email templates, and campaign assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva to support digital initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, and external agencies to manage requests, prioritize competing initiatives, and keep digital projects moving forward.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on website and campaign performance, using data to inform ongoing optimization decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience managing websites in a marketing or digital environment, with demonstrated independence in page creation and content maintenance.
  • Some relevant experience in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or payments industries, particularly managing websites built to generate qualified leads and support sales teams.(preferred).
  • Strong hands-on CMS expertise (HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Webflow, or similar), including modules, templates, and form building.
  • Proven experience with conversion rate optimization, including landing pages, CTAs, and user journey improvements.
  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and campaign measurement validation.
  • Solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO, including metadata, internal linking, and image optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience conducting digital QA across desktop and mobile.
  • Comfortable using design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva) to support web and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and requests simultaneously.
  • Fully Bilingual: Spanish and English.

Working Conditions:

  • On site: 8-hour shift.
  • Extensive desk-based work, including prolonged periods of computer use and administrative tasks.
