Our Digital Customer Experience organization is responsible for defining and delivering the future of digital commerce across our digital experiences.

As a Digital Product Manager, you will own a portfolio of digital commerce capabilities that help business customers discover the right products, understand their purchasing options and complete purchases efficiently across one of the world's largest B2B commerce ecosystems. Your portfolio includes pricing experiences, promotional capabilities, merchandising and personalized customer experiences across one of the world's largest B2B commerce platforms. Working closely with Digital Marketing, Pricing, Merchandising, UX and Engineering, you will help shape experiences that make it easier for business customers to discover products, understand value, purchase confidently and grow their digital relationship with Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Location: (report onsite to one of these sites) Carlsbad CA, Morrisville NC, Pittsburgh PA, Hillsboro OR, Waltham MA, or Tijuana Mexico. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.

DESCRIPTION

How You Will Make an Impact:

Customer Experience & Merchandising

  • Improve how customers discover, evaluate and select products through personalized experiences.
  • Work with Pricing and Commercial teams to improve presentation of contract pricing, promotions, volume discounts and other commercial offers.
  • Optimize product messaging that helps customers make confident purchasing decisions.
  • Identify high impact opportunities to improve customer experience, merchandising effectiveness and conversion performance
  • Monitor market, competitive and technology trends to inform product direction
  • Conceptualize and implement capabilities that improve the end to end digital customer journey across desktop, mobile and tablet
  • Partner with UX to apply design thinking principles and build intuitive, frictionless digital experiences
  • Develop MVPs quickly, test hypotheses and iterate rapidly based on analytics and experimentation
  • Use A/B and multivariate testing to optimize conversion funnels and engagement
  • Define opportunities to personalize digital experiences using customer profile, purchasing behavior, contract status and account context.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to deliver personalized merchandising, recommendations and promotional experiences.
  • Evaluate customer segmentation and behavioral analytics to identify opportunities that improve engagement and conversion.

Execution and Cross Functional Alignment

  • Translate strategic opportunities into clear requirements that enable engineering teams to execute effectively
  • Prioritize investments using quantitative and qualitative inputs, balancing customer value and business impact
  • Drive alignment across digital marketing, pricing, engineering, UX, analytics, marketing, legal, QA and business stakeholders
  • Present product strategy, roadmap updates and performance results to leadership

Data Driven Product Management

  • Establish functional KPIs and monitor performance regularly to guide decisions
  • Apply structured problem solving and pattern recognition to uncover growth opportunities
  • Turn customer insights and performance data into actionable recommendations
  • Maintain a disciplined, metrics focused approach to daily product management
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience or closely related roles
  • Experience contributing to product roadmaps and translating customer and business needs into prioritized product backlogs.
  • Experience using analytics and customer insights to prioritize product improvements.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with both executives and technical teams
  • Experience working in Agile product environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering digital products supporting business customers, procurement organizations or enterprise purchasing workflows.
  • Experience working with contract pricing, customer-specific catalogs, negotiated commercial programs or complex purchasing journeys.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and conversion optimization
  • Experience working on global platforms with regional considerations
  • Experience collaborating with vendors on shared product delivery
  • MBA or advanced business education

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $113,500.00–$155,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
