Objective

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading digital marketing performance across all web platforms including website, social, and email. Reporting to the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, this role drives demand generation, lead nurturing, and engagement by translating business priorities into high-performing digital programs.

This role owns not only campaign execution and optimization, but also the evolution of our digital channels. In partnership with the Web Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager drives the roadmap, capabilities, and feature sets required to ensure our websites effectively support marketing programs and meet the expectations of our audience.

The Digital Marketing Manager is a hands-on leader and coach of an execution-oriented team and is deeply involved within HubSpot and related digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Performance Ownership

  • Own performance across all digital channels including website, email, and social media
  • Define success metrics and continuously optimize engagement, conversion, and lead generation outcomes
  • Monitor and improve lifecycle engagement across digital touchpoints

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Translate business priorities into executable digital marketing plans
  • Drive the creation of digital campaigns focused on full-lifecycle engagement of existing contacts, and lead generation
  • Oversee digital campaigns across all platforms, ensuring they meet timing, targeting, and quality expectations
  • Ensure campaign build specifications (segmentation, triggers, audience criteria, delivery timing) are clearly defined and executed

Marketing Automation & HubSpot Execution

  • Serve as a hands‑on owner of HubSpot for campaign build, list segmentation, automation workflows, and marketing performance tracking in collaboration with your team
  • Lead the transition of current email and automated campaign execution from current tools (e.g., Mailchimp) into HubSpot
  • Oversee campaign tagging, tracking, and integration with CRM insights to support revenue follow‑up in close collaboration with the RevOps team

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop the Digital Marketing Specialist – Email, Social Media Manager, and Web Manager to deliver high‑quality campaign execution
  • Oversee the Web Manager and team, ensuring roadmaps and site plans meet business needs
  • Set clear expectations, review outputs, and provide tactical guidance on execution details and best practices

Website Performance & Roadmap

  • Partner with the Web Manager and development team to define website roadmap and feature priorities
  • Identify platform capabilities required to support marketing programs
  • Shape user journeys and site functionality to improve engagement and conversion
  • Ensure website experience aligns with audience expectations and business goals

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance with a focus on leads and other key metrics (opens, clicks, conversions, engagement trends) and identify improvement opportunities
  • Identify and implement optimizations based on performance data and feedback
  • Provide regular reports on campaign results and insights to Marketing leadership, and the broader team

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing Operations to align campaign calendars, workflows, and resources
  • Partner with Creative and Product Marketing teams to gather assets and messaging required for campaign execution
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure leads are routed, tagged, and tracked appropriately


Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with significant hands‑on campaign planning and execution experience
  • Demonstrated experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and digital performance metrics
  • Experience managing or coaching junior team members
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communicator and collaborator across functions
