In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders

• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools

• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities

• Scope changes and develop client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Project Manager to lead client-facing AI and digital transformation programs across global engagements. This role is critical in strengthening client relationships, driving execution excellence, and ensuring successful delivery of AI-, cloud-, and digital-led initiatives aligned with Infosys' strategic offerings such as Infosys Topaz (AI-first services) and Infosys Cobalt (cloud transformation platform).
The ideal candidate combines strong client connect, deep digital and AI acumen, and proven large-scale delivery leadership in an onsite-offshore model.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Act as a trusted delivery partner for strategic Infosys clients, ensuring high CSAT and long-term relationship growth
• Collaborate closely with Client Partners, Program Directors, and Engagement Managers to understand client priorities and business outcomes
• Lead senior client interactions including executive reviews, steering committees, and governance forums
• Drive transparent communication, proactive risk management, and timely escalation handling
Program & Delivery Management
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI and digital transformation programs across multiple portfolios and geographies

• Lead delivery using Agile, SAFe, DevOps, or hybrid methodologies, depending on client needs

o AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation

• Translate complex AI and digital concepts into business-aligned outcomes for client leadership

Leadership & People Management
• Lead, mentor, and inspire multi-disciplinary global teams including PMs, architects, data scientists, and engineers

Financial & Commercial Ownership
• Own program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, margin protection, and revenue assurance
• Support deal shaping, project estimations, proposals, and renewals

Required Qualifications & Skills
Core Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Management
• Strong experience managing global, client-facing engagements in an onsite-offshore delivery model
Digital & AI Competencies
• Solid knowledge of:
o AI & Generative AI use cases in enterprise environments
o Data & Analytics ecosystems
o Cloud and Digital Transformation frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
