Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Meet or exceed annual sales goals, manage distribution territory, and overall customer experience.
โ€ข Maintains current knowledge of Industry trends, revenue opportunities, sales channels, outcomes-based solutions, and competitor offerings.
โ€ข Create a multi-year growth strategy and account pipeline jointly with distribution. leadership, and manages plan execution.
โ€ข Maintain annual touchpoint with existing customers and revenue opportunities to expand business.
โ€ข Active in direct and distributor sales opportunities
โ€ข Maintain assigned customer relations.
โ€ข Provide portfolio support by using product, software, and service knowledge.
โ€ข Channel management and coordination of distributor performance reviews
โ€ข Pre-sales opportunity qualification and position portfolio with value selling and outcomes-based solutions to influence new revenue opportunities.
โ€ข Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with frequent account updates.

Education and Experience:

Pay is in the range of $108,923 - $144,788 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
