Job description

Are you a driven marketing professional who thrives on execution, problem-solving, and delivering measurable results?
About the Role
The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the execution and delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at turning strategy into action. It is for someone who not only executes marketing campaigns, but thinks critically about how the work gets done, how it can be improved, and how it drives results.
As a Marketing Manager at Company 119, you will play a key role in owning delivery outcomes across a portfolio of clients. Working closely with Strategic Advisors, you will translate strategic direction into clear execution plans, coordinate resources, and personally contribute to the production of campaigns across multiple channels.
Additionally, you will be an active contributor in client communication by providing updates, surfacing insights, and offering tactical recommendations that help refine and strengthen overall strategy.
Does this sound like the opportunity you've been looking for? We'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
You'll take the lead on:
  • Delivery Ownership & Execution Leadership: Owning the execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across a pod of clients, ensuring work is completed on time and on budget and is aligned with strategic goals.
  • Strategy Translation & Execution Planning: Translating high-level marketing strategies into clear, actionable plans, including defining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful implementation.
  • Hands-On Campaign Execution: Actively contributing to the production of campaigns across channels and ensuring work moves forward efficiently without bottlenecks.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Tracking campaign performance, identifying trends, and proactively implementing optimizations to improve results across channels.
  • Client Collaboration & Communication: Participating in client meetings as an active contributor, including providing updates, sharing insights, and offering tactical recommendations while collaborating closely with a Strategic Advisor.
  • Strategic Contribution & Feedback: Collaborating with Strategic Advisors to refine and strengthen marketing strategies based on execution insights, performance data, and industry trends.

Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
  • 3-5 years of related experience in a digital marketing agency.
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns across different areas of digital marketing (AEO, SEO, paid media, paid search, paid social, organic social, etc.).
  • The ability to translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable execution plans.
  • Experience managing multiple clients and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated, problem-solving attitude.

Who This Role is For
This role is perfect for someone who:
  • Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Enjoys being both hands-on and strategic in their work.
  • Thinks critically about how work gets done and how it can be improved.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Is comfortable working across multiple clients, channels, and priorities.
  • Values efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Wants to play a key role in delivering meaningful results for clients.

Who This Role is NOT For
  • Someone who prefers high-level strategy without hands-on execution.
  • Someone who struggles to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Someone who waits for direction instead of taking initiative.
  • Someone who avoids accountability for results.
  • Someone who is uncomfortable adapting to new tools, technologies, or workflows.

What We Offer
Growth Opportunities
A key role within an innovative digital marketing agency, where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of delivery, develop your strategic thinking, and grow your career.
Competitive Salary & Benefits
  • Compensation tailored to experience
  • Commissions based on managed client revenue
  • Health insurance
  • 401k & Roth with a match
  • Generous PTO
  • Flexible hours within an in-office environment
  • Daily lunches & snacks

Professional Development & Support
  • Hands-on training from a supportive and knowledgeable team
  • A dynamic work environment where creativity, data, and strategy intersect
