Sales Manager (m/f/d) Medical Technology /Digital Health

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, approaching and acquiring customers for our customized software solutions.

Your versatile field of activity includes, among other things

  • Proactive identification and acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
  • Expansion of current key customers beyond existing contacts and positioning as a central point of contact for customized software solutions
  • Presentation and explanation of our software services in an appealing and convincing way
  • Negotiating contracts, conditions and prices in line with the company’s objectives
  • Work closely with the development teams to communicate customer feedback and drive continuous improvement
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of the market, analyzing the competition and identifying new business opportunities
  • Representation of BAYOOTEC at trade fairs and congresses in Germany and abroad
Your profile
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the software or IT sector
  • Commercial training or equivalent experience in information technology or a degree in engineering
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts easily
  • Negotiating skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Confident handling of CRM tools
  • Distinct customer orientation
  • Understanding of IT and the ability to analyze and evaluate the information received in a commercial context and make recommendations
  • Proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
