• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients to determine their social, emotional, and psychological needs and develop tailored service plans accordingly.
• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate various challenges.
• Engage in advocacy efforts for clients by ensuring their rights are upheld and facilitating access to necessary resources and services.
• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance services, create referral networks, and implement joint initiatives.
• Contribute to program development through evaluating existing programs and participating in grant reporting processes to secure funding for future projects.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on best practices, share insights, and foster professional development.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harbor Therapy Center, you will work closely with a diverse client population, which includes individuals and families facing addiction, mental health disorders, and socio-economic challenges. Your role emphasizes providing trauma-informed care, ensuring that clients feel safe and supported as they work towards recovery and empowerment. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Prior experience in a nonprofit organization, particularly in a role focused on social work or counseling services.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and an understanding of addiction recovery models.
