Join Us in Transforming Research and Diagnostics with ddPCR. Are you a passionate product manager ready to make a global impact? Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager for PCR, qPCR, and ddPCR Reagents to join our fast-paced Digital Biology Group-where innovation meets purpose.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of advancing Genomics PCR, qPCR, and ddPCR technologies, helping researchers and clinicians push the boundaries of science. You'll lead cross-functional projects and collaborations across R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Marketing to turn customer insights into actionable strategies that drive product excellence and business growth.

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Manage the product lifecycle with a focus on new product development for PCR, qPCR, and ddPCR reagents.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Regional Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and execute product management action plans.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.
  • Construct and deliver compelling narratives to research markets that highlight the Genomics reagents portfolio and the customer problems these products aim to solve.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies to sustain and expand the Genomics reagents business.

What You Bring:

  • Education: BS in a molecular biology or similar field.
  • Work Experience: 4-5 years direct product management experience in the life sciences or closely related industry.
  • Highly customer focused individuals who can routinely inspire the larger organization.
  • Able to analyze complex issues by breaking them down into critical components and develop actionable plans for resolution.
  • Given the extensive collaboration with multiple internal and external parties, strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • NPD experience nice to have.

Location: This position must be based in Hercules, CA and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $121,200 to $166,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
