Bathformation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager & Events Coordinator to lead and execute our local marketing initiatives in the Corbin, KY market. This role is responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, managing trade shows and events, overseeing digital marketing efforts, enhancing social media engagement, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across all marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized marketing professional with experience in event management, lead generation, social media marketing, and team leadership.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Research, secure, and manage local trade shows, home shows, community events, and vendor opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and sponsorship agreements with event organizers
  • Develop and maintain an annual marketing and event calendar
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage event marketing representatives
  • Schedule and oversee event staff and promotional teams
  • Coordinate booth setup, merchandising, and event logistics
