The role combines delivery leadership, domain expertise, stakeholder management, and governance to ensure scalable, high-quality, and business-aligned solutions. The individual will collaborate with business, technology, data, and vendor teams to deliver omnichannel marketing capabilities while driving operational excellence and AI-led innovation. This role is essential to strengthen Digital Marketing team overall process and domain expertise Skills / Experience 12+ years of IT experience with significant experience in Digital Marketing/MarTech solution delivery, leading enterprise-scale initiatives. Ensure delivery meets quality, timeline, budget, and scalability objectives. Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively. Act as the primary interface between Business, IT, Product teams, and external vendors. Align technology delivery with business priorities and strategic objectives. Drive stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting. Provide leadership across the MarTech ecosystem, including Salesforce, Veeva, AWS, CRM, and omnichannel marketing platforms. Guide solution design aligned with digital marketing best practices and enterprise architecture. Establish and enforce governance frameworks including RACI, release management, testing standards, and operational readiness. Monitor delivery KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure reliable integration across marketing platforms and enterprise systems. Improve data quality, campaign measurement, analytics, and reporting capabilities. Drive resolution of systemic platform and data quality issues. Lead cross-functional teams across development, QA, architecture, data, and operations.
