Director Of Digital Marketing

We are a profitable cryptocurrency-based startup, and we're growing at an exciting pace. We're seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to work with our Chief Marketing Officer and leadership team, to drive and execute on our marketing strategy, as we aggressively scale our company in the coming years. What You'll Be Doing

  • Defining our marketing processes, establishing KPIs and metrics, developing and presenting new marketing programs, and executing those programs in the market
  • Manage and continue to build out the digital marketing team help scale your thinking and vision
  • Working with the CMO, and leadership to spot and capitalize on emerging market trends by developing new capabilities
  • Working closely with the business development team to generate new leads, qualify and nurture those leads and ultimately to drive pipeline and close new business
  • Clearly measuring and articulating what's working and what's not, proactively adjusting the strategy and execution as you learn
  • Owning a marketing budget of approximately $4 million+
  • Identifying, bringing on, and managing vendors, contractors, agencies, and other support as needed to execute campaigns
  • Displaying strong project management skills from the creation of initial plans to the hitting of key deadlines

Skills We're Seeking

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing related roles
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing teams
  • Experience leading marketing strategy, and overseeing the execution of social media, content marketing, paid search/Google Ads, marketing analytics, graphic design, etc.
  • Experience managing budgets of over $1 million over multiple media channels
  • Interest in cryptocurrency. We understand this industry is new, so if we aren't expecting industry experience. However, you must be knowledgeable of cryptocurrency, and have kept a pulse on the market to understand trends.

Nice To Have Experience

  • Experience in the crypto (not required), tech or financial services sectors
  • Google Ads Certified
  • Agency background
  • Experience working for other tech startups
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field
